Volunteers

Anyone from any walk of life may volunteer with CORD at any of its locations in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Odisha and Tamil Nadu, affiliating with any of the programs of CORD on a short-term to a long-term basis. Volunteers can stay at CORD’s site locations by paying for their boarding and lodging.

Interns

College or university students interested in internship programs with CORD at Sidhbari, Himachal Pradesh, to understand rural development in India may apply through their universities or colleges. Individuals may also apply in their area of interest directly to CORD’s National Director’s Office. Students from prestigious state, national and international universities such as The Indiana University (Kelley School of Business), Brown University and Harvard have interned at CORD. Interns may stay at CORD’s campus by paying for their boarding and lodging.

Fellowship

Encouraging brilliant young minds to work along with CORD and gain experiential and expositional insights for developing rural India comprehensively. This two-year fellowship program, based at Sidhbari, Himachal Pradesh, will help to learn about organization, management, needs of rural India, potential of the communities, among other skillsets.
