CORD also offers a return policy to its donors. It refunds its donors their money that they had donated to CORD for its programs if the donor did not have proper knowledge of the terms and conditions, or if they donated the money unwillingly.
You can expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return receipts. The information regarding your return will be notified to you via email with the details of your refund.
The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the donation.
CORD’s online payment gateway accepts payment only in Indian Rupees. The decision of refund shall be at the sole discretion of CORD whether the circumstances presented warrant a refund.
