Welcome to www.cordindia.in where you may avail facilities provided to learn the status of needy, rural and marginalized people who empower themselves through their own programs facilitated by CORD (Chinmaya Organization for Rural Development) a non-profit organization working in various states of the country through its Comprehensive Integrated Rural Development Programs.
CORD is registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 in the office of Registrar/Sub Registrar, Delhi Registration no. 8684 dated 12/12/2003 and register u/s 12A with section 12AA(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act 1961.
From here onwards in this agreement, the term ‘Donation’ refers to monies donated to CORD.
You may donate to CORD through the secure third-party gateway using payment methods such as Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, Digital and Mobile Wallet, Cash Card and Mobile Payment. Donations are processed by CORD’s payment gateway service provider CCAvenue.
Payment Gateway: If you are making donations through the payment gateway, you understand that the payment gateway is provided by a third-party and governed by the terms and conditions provided by such third party. You are liable in the event you violate any of the terms and conditions of such third party in making your donations. CORD shall not be responsible for any such errors or default in making your donations.
Utilization of Donations and Feedback Reports: Donors who are interested to get feedback on utilization of funds and report on the programs are welcome to write to CORD at cordsidhbari@gmail.com CORD’s all sites prepare quarterly and annual reports that CORD will be happy to provide. The feedback report time period may vary depending on the nature of utilization of donation.
Tax Exemption Certificates: CORD will ensure applicable Tax Exemption Certificates (80G) are sent to you within reasonable time limits.
When you provide your details through contact and other forms, such information will not be shared with others.
