  • CORD is registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 in the office of the Registrar or Sub Registrar, Delhi, Registration No. 8684 dated 12/12/2003, and registered under Section 12A with Section 12AA(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act 1961.
  • You may donate to CORD through the secure third-party gateway using payment methods such as Credit card, debit card, net banking, digital and mobile wallet, cash card, and mobile payment. Donations are processed by CORD’s payment gateway service provider, CCAvenue.
  • Payment gateway: If you are making donations through the payment gateway, you understand that the payment gateway is provided by a third party and is governed by the terms and conditions provided by such a third party. You are liable in the event you violate any of the terms and conditions of such a third party in making your donations. CORD shall not be responsible for any such errors or defaults in making your donations.
  • Utilization of donations and feedback reports: Donors interested in getting feedback on the utilization of funds and reporting on the programs are welcome to write to CORD at [email protected]. All of CORD’s sites prepare quarterly and annual reports that CORD will be happy to provide. The feedback report period may vary depending on the nature of the donation’s utilization.
  • Tax exemption certificates: CORD will ensure applicable Tax Exemption Certificates (80G) are sent to you within reasonable time limits.
  • When you submit your information through contact forms or other means on our site, rest assured that your details will be kept confidential and not shared with external parties
